Here’s the info from Tammi Morris about what is needed for their April 10th Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser.   We are so happy to be able to Support the ministry of  Bridge of Hope financially as a church…here’s a way that we can “take action” hands-on.  Thanks to all of you who have expressed interest, more help is still needed.

We need 8-10 people to assist with

 

Food Service

Greeters

Set up/tear down (light- covering tables, setting up displays, etc)

 

Our need is to have all volunteers report at 5pm. Dinner will be at no cost to them. They should come dressed in business casual. No Jeans/Tshirts.

We expect a steady flow of work for everyone from 5:30-7:30. Volunteers wishing to help with clean up will start working again at 9pm. The clean up is not a critical need, but the 5:30-7:30 is.  Of course we would love for volunteers to actively participate in the auction, if so inclined! We expect this to be fun, but who knows since we’ve never done this before!
