Sunday is the final Sunday morning service at actionchurch in 2012.    Even though it’s the last sunday of the year Sunday will be filled with “firsts”.  (Not just because it’s the first service after the “end of the world” predicted by the Mayans) For the first time we are meeting together as a family (actionkidz areas will not be open Sunday so that all our volunteers can join us in this special service).  For the first time ever I’ll be preaching from the Action Bible (check out the awesome Herald angel illustration below) that all actionkidz in the 6-12yr old class have received this year.   For the first time ever we’ll also have a sing-along christmas carol lead by our friends from Ninth Hour Legacy (there’s even rumor of a crew choir)  :-)

I hope you’ll bring someone and celebrate “Christmas Eve Eve” with us at Frank Theaters at the normal 10:30 am service time.  We are still gathering gift cards in $10 increments to share with our Frank Theaters employee friends and families in need.   And/or  bring non-perishable food items to stuff the boxes at the theater for the York Food Bank.   As always there will also be loads of yummy Maple Donuts, Muffins, Bagels, Hot Coffee, water, great actionchurch people to hang with,  and more tacky Christmas decorations gathered anywhere outside of Ollies Christmas aisle in America.
