We’re talking about endurance this month…about how the most valuable things in life don’t have “three second microwave directions”. One thing I’m trying NOT to do in the “No Nukes” series is to be a “motivational speaker”. I don’t want to give out “bumper sticker” motivational sayings…I want to give folks real hope and practical solutions from Scripture.
In the meantime I thought I’d give out my favorite motivational wisdom courtesy of Myspace, Facebook, Twitter etc. Feel free to add your own.
“You’ll end up living in a van down by the river.”
“When God closes one door he always opens a window, but sometimes it’s hell in the hallways”

Motivation, some people don’t seem to need it at all, others drink it from Styrofoam cups.
True True… I forgot a couple of more classic motivational statements.
“Keep on Truckin'”
and “hang in there” with the cute little kitten hanging off a branch. :-)
