This week marks not only the final Sunday before Easter, but the week we wrap up “The Case against Jesus” sermon series.   All month long we’ve been investigating the arrest, prosecution, torture, and eventual execution of Jesus of Nazareth.  This week it all comes to a head, as we get to the reason he “had to die” (given by his chief prosecutor), a shocking admission that he was in fact innocent by one of the judges, and a bombshell claim by Jesus that is still debated today.   Whether you’ve listened to all of the “Case against Jesus” sermons (available here)…or if this is your first week attending actionchurch…I can’t think of a better way to prepare for and understand the Easter Story than being part of the service this Sunday.  (This is a GREAT week to bring the “skeptic” in your circle of friends and family as well.)

Sunday we’ll have brand new music from “Transistor Radio”,  and we’ve also got some exciting updates and photos of the “actionchurch For North York” renovation progress, along with all the normal food and fun that makes actionchurch ANYTHING but a normal Sunday morning at church!
