If you are still trying to decide if you are coming out to serve cancer survivors and their caregivers at Relay for Life, this video will let you know what serving LOOKS LIKE.  There  is, however, NO WAY to let you know what if FEELS LIKE to spend a night serving really deserving folks with other actionchurchers.
