Stuff we need for York Relay for Life

As Kenna announced Sunday, it’s going to be a very busy year for actionchurch at Relay. (June 17-18) This year we have the opportunity to serve the Relay for Life event at York School of Technology by providing bounce houses for the kids, and a Free Dunkin Donuts coffee bar for those who walk during the night (it’s a 24 hour event). We will also be helping with the Fife’s Shave ice stand, and…Providing breakfast for EVERYONE at the event on Saturday morning. Here’s what we need to borrow make that happen-Can you help?

____(2) EZ-up type pop-up canopies

____approx. – 6 roaster/dutch ovens (electric)

____approx – 6 flat electric griddles

____several large covered cake plates

____dorm size fridge

____We also need someone to bake (popnfresh) biscuits and
deliver them to the school on Saturday morning.
____We also still need more people who would be willing to supervise the bounce
houses.
