This week in part three of “The Resistance” we’re gonna talk about discouragement.  I think discouragement is one of the most powerful “strategies and tricks” that our enemy has in his arsenal.

All of us face defeat.  Everyone of us fails.  We all “lose a game” now and then.  The danger of discouragement is that it makes us never want to try again.  When we give in to discouragement, a one time defeat turns into a life time of loss.

Here’s the Good news.

2 Corinthians 7:6   ^“But God, who encourages those who are discouraged, encouraged us by the arrival of Titus.

Yeah, It’s good to serve a God who “encourages those who are discouraged”.   A God who sends people our way to help us get back up and join the game again.  Don’t give up. Don’t give in to discouragement.  If you are a follower of Christ, help is on the way.
