I’m not sure where I first heard the phrase “sacred cow tipping” but even though it sounds like a cool “indy” album name, I love the phrase.  I love the idea of questioning.  I love the idea that nothing  is “off limits” in our questions about God and his plans for mankind.

One thing that makes me feel very fortunate to preach at a church like actionchurch is that I have the ability to ask tough questions…to tip “sacred cows”…to find uncomfortable questions…and poke them with a stick :-)   I think we’re going to open up the “txt msg” lines on Sunday for questions/comments again.  I’ve been questioning this whole “service/serve us? thing all week and I have a couple of new “theories” that I’m looking forward to presenting on Sunday.  Should be something to offend/challenge/entertain nearly everyone…
