For those of you wondering how I stay in the “Olympic athlete” physical condition that I constantly maintain…sorry…I choked on that. Here’s my fitness tip of the week. Crunch and Munch for breakfast! It has corn, (popcorn), peanuts, and all the “carmelly” goodness you will need to get you through the day.
This picture was snapped at around 6am at the Relay for Life by Ashley. Michele looks surprisingly perky considering at the time the picture was taken she had been walking nearly seven hours straight. Reagan is asleep…she must have forgotten to eat her crunch n munch.
