Sunday @ actionchurch (Christmas Edition)

I found this photo from an actionchurch “Christmas past”.  I can’t remember exactly why we ended up with a full size dancing santa…and apparently every other tacky Christmas decoration we could find on stage. :-)   I do know this:  That Santa was hilarious swaying along with a metal band, and the month of December is always the BEST time of year to not miss a single actionchurch service.  It’s hard to believe that here are only THREE left in 2011, but we are going to make them all count!  (actionchurch is completely staffed and lead by volunteers, so every year since our launch we take the final Sunday of the year off so that our great crew can spend time with their families.  This year the final Sunday of the year just happens to BE Christmas Day.  Enjoy the time with your family…or attend one of many great churches in York that will be gathering on Christmas morning).

This Sunday will be jam-packed with great Christmas-tastic stuff.  We’ll be unveiling a new series…and a new way to completely spread the love and Christmas Cheer to some really deserving people in our community for under $2!  Meanwhile, your kids are going to have a great time as the continue to explore “Why we call it Christmas” in actionkidz.  Me Equals you will be bringing their version of a great Christmas musical classic., it’s possible that even Justin Bieber and the President may show up. :-)  Bring Someone!

It all starts at 10:30 am at Frank Theaters Queensgate (Directions)  Come earlier to enjoy free coffee, free Maple Donuts, Bagels,  and a great chance to hang with actionchurch folks.
