God, It’s Saturday night and you know all the things that have happened this week. You know the joys…you know the sorrows. You know the ways we have been attacked…you know our failings. God you know there are more reasons we will not be able to accomplish our mission tomorrow than reasons we will succeed.

… there are people showing up to church tomorrow. For some it may be their first time coming to church. For others it just might be their last. They need good news. They need to feel loved and welcomed. They are depending on us…and on you. Dear God, Please don’t let us let them down. Heal broken hearts and promises. Protect our volunteers…bless them. Give us strength and love beyond our abilities. Show yourself strong!
